Refund Policy

1. ELIGIBILITY

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at least 7 days before the event date.

2. REFUND AMOUNT

Eligible requests will be refunded 80% of the original ticket price. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

3. REFUND METHOD

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (card, bank transfer, mobile money or digital wallet) within 5–10 business days of approval.

4. EVENT CANCELLATION

If the event is cancelled by the organizer, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded automatically within 14 days.

5. EVENT POSTPONEMENT

If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you can’t attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.

6. NO-SHOW POLICY

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no charge up to 24 hours before the event.
